I accept the following Requirements:

ACCURATE lamb count to reserve your space on load.
ALL lambs are required to be entered into their respective weight classes. Failure to do that will result in overweights for that class & will move your lambs into the next weight class resulting in less dollars for you!
REMEMBER your lambs gain everyday so be aware when weighing days before shipping.
ALL lambs to be RFID tagged & numbers match your paperwork for booking .
ALL lambs to be fit & healthy .NO Exceptions!!
PLC or the person loading has the right to refuse any lamb or ewe unfit for travel, Any lamb or ewe refused will still be charged for the space that was booked .
SCALE TICKETS MUST be completed on a Certified Scale & printed ticket copies TO BE attached to your paperwork when emailed. Handwritten copies Will Not be accepted.

Paperwork & a void check PRIOR to any lambs being loaded is to be emailed to transport@prairielambco-op.com All lambs will need to be colour marked, this will be allocated to you so they have 1 colour only.

As producers, you are given the option of marketing your lambs directly to buyers or through auction when booking with us. Once all lambs are loaded, Prairie Lamb Co-op invoices the buyer, and payment is required before the lambs are unloaded at their destination. Producers are then paid promptly once funds are received.

(In the unlikely event that Prairie Lamb Co-op does not receive payment at the time of unloading at the buyer’s establishment, we will immediately seek an alternative market option, either another buyer or an auction market, to ensure producers receive payment for their lambs)

Prairie Lamb Co-op is committed to doing everything possible to make sure our producer members remain our first priority.

I understand I am financially responsible to pay for the space on the load that I booked whether those lambs make it to the truck or not.
