The buyer agrees to Pay 95% of the purchase price as invoiced by Prairie Lamb Co-op 24 hours prior to the lambs being loaded, and agrees to pay the remaining 5% balance within 7 days of the lambs reaching their destination. Once the lambs have left the premises of loading they become the responsibility of the buyer.
